Dr. Naresh Bharde, is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of the Excellence Group of Companies. He started the group in October 2008, with his initial team of 5 Directors.
In addition to being Group Chairman, Dr. Naresh is also the President of the Dhyas Social Foundation, the foundation stone of the entire group formed keeping in mind the base core value of the Company, which is Social Compassion – To give back to society without expecting anything in return.
He spearheads the leadership as Chairman and Managing Director also of the key group Companies Excellence Shelters Pvt. Ltd, specializing in Real Estate and Excellence I.T. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. specializing in high end Information Technology Products and Services across the Indian Sub continent, North East Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America.
Dr. Naresh has formidable experience in the field of Agriculture, Real Estate and Information Technology. His forte remains in fulfilling dreams of the Common Man through Excellence and has ensured that this thought process percolates and comes alive in the day to day working of the Excellence Group of Companies and its Social Foundation, Dhyas. Dr. Naresh obtained his Ph.D. in Agriculture from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (PUSA), New Delhi.
Dr. Bharde was felicitated with Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani Award for his outstanding service to the nation. He also received Mother Teresa Award in 2014, Chrysalis Entrepreneurs Forum Best Innovation Award in 2015 and Udayonmukh Utkrishta Udyojak award in 2015 and was felicitated by Rotary Club at the Rotary International District 3131 at Goa Conference 2015 for his contribution to the industry.

Mrs. Reshma is also the Vice President of Excellence Dhyas Foundation with her co-founders and spearheads the Foundations initiatives in Women Welfare and Child Development. An avid writer for various literary publications, she strongly voices her opinions in the social interests of Women Welfare, Femina being a notable example to site.She has conducted Program for ‘Branding for women entrepreneurs’ for 50 women entrepreneurs in Solapur and laws for Women with Maharashtra State Women Commission. A multi-talented and multi-faceted personality, Dr. Manisha Bharde, made a deliberate choice to also head the Excellence Group’s Finance Division which includes its Real Estate and Information Technology business. Armed with a degree in Ayurvedic Medicine, she chose to specialize in Finance, thus developing two distinct specializations to her credit.
Dr. Manisha has as extensive experience in the field of Finance and manages the ideation to execution of the Financial Capabilities of the entire Group including its Excellence Dhyas Foundation. From yearly budgeting, Audit finalization, Statutory Compliances, Project Analysis, to Risk Management, Costing and Project Financing she manages the ideation to execution of the Financial Capabilities of Excellence Group. Her determined leadership in finance, led the organizations have strong finance practices culminating in vendor satisfaction.
She is the Secretary of the Foundation and aligns the objectives of the Foundation, with the Groups vision and mission through Social Compassion. Her association with the Rotary Foundation boosts the working of the Dhyas Social Foundation, where she works in mutually collaborative measures.
She also spearheads the Corporate Social Responsibility wing of the Group and actively participates in Environment Health. Women and Child welfare programmes.

Mr. Patil specializes in Land Acquisition and Heads the Division of Land Acquisition, Legal and Development at Excellence Shelters Pvt. Ltd. Acquisition is not a career or business for Mr. Patil, but a passion. He has specialized in the various facets of Land Acquisition and Development and ensures that customers are delivered what the Group has promised within the stated deadlines.
Just as his passion for Land Acquisition, so is his passion for Social Upliftment. He rightly fulfills this interest through his association with the Dhyas Social Foundation as it’s Trustee. He actively participates in the CSRactivity of the group.
Mr. Salunkhe heads the Investor Relations Division of the Excellence Group of Companies. His strong belief in simplicity. clarity and process orientation has gained him a reputation as that of a person with strong ethics, moral clarity and high customer centricity. He ensures that Investor Relations are its best at all times through the innovative involvement of transparency, speed of execution and high customer understanding.
Being a former Boxing Champion, it is surprising that his management style reflects sportsmanship and action orientation.
